Dr. Elfayoumy is one of the region's most distinctive strategic voices — a medical doctor by training, a diplomat by experience, a McKinsey leader by practice, and a public intellectual by conviction. His career spans the highest levels of government, international institutions, and private enterprise.

He has served Egypt's diplomatic corps at the most sensitive posting in the Arab world, advised the UN Special Envoy for Syria, led major transformation programmes at McKinsey, and contributed directly to Saudi Vision 2030. He is a Yale alumnus and Stanford CDDRL Fellow, and an active investor in healthcare and technology ventures across MENA and the United States.
