Mandate-first selection
Every engagement begins with understanding what the work actually requires — not what we happen to have available. We assemble the team for the mandate, not the other way around.

Regional fluency is non-negotiable
We only deploy advisors who understand the political, cultural, and relationship context of the geography. Technical expertise without regional fluency is not useful to our clients.
